Platinum Designs is looking ahead to cooler temperatures. The extreme Texas heat we are having is ridiculous. We can not wait for Fall and everything it brings. And we are looking further than Fall and ready for Winter and everything Christmas. Such a wonderful time of year with family and friends. Definitely our favorite holiday season for decorating jobs. Designing Christmas trees, mantles, staircases and more is one area we take extreme pride in!
We began getting our Facebook page ready with Christmas decor….phrase pillows, decorative pillows, tree skirts, and stockings. Stop by our page to check it out!!

Easy and Yummy Valentines Dessert for Two

INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp seedless red raspberry jam
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 Twinkies snack cakes
PREPARATION:
1. Stir jam and 1 Tbsp water in a bowl until smooth. Add raspberries; toss gently to coat.
2. Cut Twinkies in half diagonally, starting about 1 in. down from top left to 1 in. from bottom of opposite side. For each heart, put 2 halves together on 1 serving plate. Spoon raspberry mixture over and around hearts. Garnish with mint, if desired.
Enjoy!!!

Valentines Day is officially 5 weeks away! It will soon be time for red roses, chocolate and champagne, and sweet little love notes. Most stores have already stocked their shelfs with Valentines Day candy, cards, stuffed animals, and home decor. Kids will soon be making or buying “Valentines” to give to their friends at school…such a precious time! And who can forget that yummy candy called Red Hot’s!

‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a Christmas tree was decorated not even a thing. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care in hopes that PLATINUM DESIGNS soon would be there!
